The main reason we chose a warehouse in a more industrial area in Ventura (we’re right off the freeway by the Ventura Police Department) is because it allows us to do two important things: one have a larger inventory and two, keep our prices lower.

When we make larger purchases from our furniture manufacturers, we are able to negotiate a better price for each piece.  This saves you money.  We wouldn’t be able to do that with a more expensive retail location that many of our competitors have.  Our location saves you money and so does our commitment to being reasonably priced for quality furniture.
